Booking and Cancellation Policy
​
All new appointments must be secured with a credit card through our online booking system. Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We appreciate your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies put in place. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide notification at least 24 hours in advance. Less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of scheduled services. We understand life is unpredictable; emergencies will be taken into consideration. If you become sick before your appointment please notify us as soon as possible to avoid a cancellation fee and to reschedule so you can stay home and get well. Not showing up for your scheduled appointment without any notification will result in a 100% cancellation fee of services booked.

Return Policy
Product refunds will be given only on unopened items within 14 days of purchase. Special consideration will be given in the event of an allergic reaction. Treatment packages are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be used within a specified time frame if applicable.

Late Arrival
If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment your treatment time may be reduced. You will be responsible for the cost in full of all treatments booked. If you are more than 10 minutes late and fail to notify us, you will be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.

Payment
We accept cash and all major credit cards.

Gratuity
Spotless Skin Studio is a gratuity-free establishment although we happily accept google reviews and referrals instead!

Finding The Studio
We are located on Harris Avenue between the Toy Garden and Bay to Baker Trading Company. You will see a black door then head to the top of the stairs. If the door to our studio is closed please have a seat in the waiting room to the right. Restrooms are located down the hall.

Parking
Beginning May 1, 2022, the city of Bellingham is implementing paid parking in Fairhaven. On weekends, holidays and sunny days parking can be harder to find. Please plan accordingly, so you do not arrive late for your appointment.
